1. Use of eWebCounter's services is at your own risk. eWebCounter's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eWebCounter will not be held liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service or termination of service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service of any kind.

2. eWebCounter's service may not be used on password protected pages.

3. eWebCounter may terminate user accounts at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these guidelines or for conduct that we believe is harmful to eWebCounter or to any of its users or partners at its sole discretion.

4. If your account is terminated (by us or by you) for any reason, you agree to remove our code, logos and trademarks from your website(s).

The following types of sites are NOT allowed to use eWebCounter's service: sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, or any other sites we deem to be inappropriate.

6. To ensure our User Agreement is being followed, you agree by using our service that we can download your page's html to check for compliance. Changing the eWebCounter script in any way is UNACCEPTABLE to eWebCounter.

7. YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD EWEBCOUNTER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF OUR SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

8. eWebCounter will not be held responsible for the content of websites using our service. eWebCounter does not host these pages and does not verify, endorse, or otherwise take responsibility for the content.

9. eWebCounter reserves the right to amend or change these guidelines at any time without notice.
